Drop Box is a great space to file your information, and provide access to people part of your business team

For clients that are comfortable doing their own taxes, we recommend TurboTax since it can connect with QuickBooks Online. 

QuickBooks Online is a software to keep your book. It has a tons of apps that automatically connect and import/export information according to your business. needs.

Although we do not currently offer payroll service, we have worked with Gusto with previous clients and it is the best software we know for payroll. It's very user friendly, has great support and it's current with payroll laws. 

Melio is one of the websites we use to handle accounts payable and receivable. It's a free resource that automatically connects with Quickbooks Online.
